Villa Le CortiOur private Tuscany wine tour begins in Florence at 9:00am, with a pick up directly at your accommodation. We then make our way to our first stop of the day, a renowned winery still owned and operated by an aristocratic Italian family. The fun starts straight away, with a tour of the cellars and the olive mill, which we reach via a series of underground tunnels that run beneath the villa. After that it’s on to the all-important tastings of various kinds of salumi paired with three different wines. A delicious start to the day indeed!
RignanaNext it’s time to fasten the seat belts a little tighter as we head out through the rolling hills in a customised 4WD vehicle. It’s genuine off-roading as we pass through ancient woodlands and along unmarked dirt roads through some of the most gorgeous scenery you’ll ever see. On the way to our next stop, Rignana, a typical Tuscan winery and restaurant with outstanding views, we’ll pass rustic churches and farms and picturesque cypress trees. You’re in for a treat for lunch, with red wine, amazing food and even a blind olive oil tasting. It’ll be pretty hard to leave, but leave we must, because there’s more fun in store on this private wine tour. Tuscany awaits!

Poggio TorselliThe adventure continues as we continue our drive through the incredible countryside on our way to our final stop of the day. Here you will take a tour of the impressive villa and hear about some incredible events that have happened here during the last 600 years and the famous families who have lived here. There will be time to relax and walk around the stunning grounds, soaking in the unique beauty and views, whilst learning more about wine before you sit for the final tasting of three wines paired with cheese. The perfect end to a truly unforgettable day.
