Walkabout Tours is a proudly independent Florence-based tour operator founded in 2007 with a simple vision: helping travelers experience Florence, Tuscany and Italy through authentic local eyes. What started as a passion project has grown into one of the most trusted names for Florence tours, Tuscany day trips, Chianti wine experiences, Cinque Terre excursions and private guided tours.
Our founder, Mauro Bramante, created Walkabout Tours with a dream of sharing the beauty, history, culture, food and traditions of Italy with visitors from around the world. Nearly two decades later, that same passion still guides everything we do. From the cobblestone streets of Florence to the vineyards of Chianti, every experience is designed to help travelers connect with the places, people and stories that make Tuscany unforgettable.
